A series of 1-(Substituted-phenylsulfonyl)-2H-thieno[2,3-d][1,3]oxazine-2,4(1H)-dione was designed and lead to the bioactivity score and physicochemical property calculations by the online available software. After computational screening the compounds were selected on the basis of their activity level. Only the compounds (1-6) were synthesized as they belong to the zones for active and very near to be active compounds. |
