The present study is dealing with the designing, computational screening, synthesis and antibacterial assessment of 4-[(1E)-3-(Substituted-phenyl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl] benzenesulfonamide (1-6). The findings revealed that the designed compounds possess the good bioactivity score and follow the Lipinski’s Rule of Five. The anti bacterial therapeutic effect of the prepared compounds was testes against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, E. Coli and P. mirabilis and reported to exhibit the significant activity. |
